This is a unique and inspiring story of how the discipline, leadership, and problem-solving skills honed in the Indian Army were applied to the world of e-waste management and recycling. The company, established by a former soldier of the Indian Army, was born out of a deep sense of responsibility toward the environment and the need for effective waste management solutions in India.

The Founder’s Journey

The founder of the company, after completing a distinguished career in the Indian Army, transitioned into civilian life with a strong sense of duty and a desire to continue serving society in a different capacity. Having seen firsthand the impact of environmental degradation and the importance of sustainability during his time in the army, he recognized a significant gap in the country’s waste management infrastructure, particularly in the burgeoning area of electronic waste (e-waste).

Greens Recology Company is a dedicated e-waste recycling, Metal Scrapping, Battery, Plastic Waste Management company focused on providing sustainable solutions for the disposal and recycling of electronic, Metal Scrapping, Battery, Plastic Waste. Founded in 2003, our mission is to minimize the environmental impact of waste, to create a cleaner, greener future by transforming waste into valuable resources. We specialize in the collection, processing, and recycling of various materials, including plastics, metals, paper, and electronic waste.

What’s New?

Comprehensive Safety Training: We are implementing new training programs focused on best practices for handling hazardous materials, operating machinery safely, and emergency response. This training will be mandatory for all employees to reinforce our safety-first culture.
Skill Development Workshops: To enhance our team's expertise, we’ll be offering regular workshops to build skills in sorting techniques, machinery maintenance, and waste management processes. These sessions are designed to ensure we stay at the forefront of recycling technology and efficiency.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Standards: We are updating our PPE policies to ensure every worker has access to the best equipment available. This includes gloves, masks, safety goggles, and any other gear necessary to prevent injury and maintain hygiene.
Monthly Safety Checks and Reviews: We’ll be conducting monthly safety audits and check-ins to ensure our processes and facilities comply with all safety regulations and to listen to any concerns you may have.
